BUT READ ON IF YOU’RE STILL CURIOUS.
Nina is a copywriter and native New Yorker. She graduated in May 2017 from Oberlin College after studying Cultural Anthropology and Creative Writing. In her undergraduate career, Nina chaired the college’s first competitive spoken word team, launched a zine, participated in an entrepreneurship incubator, and spent a semester in London. She did not however, go skinny dipping in the lake on campus. She was just too much of a city girl for that.
Nina’s biggest ambition is to write something that either Shonda Rhimes or Issa Rae will read and subsequently produce and star in.
Nina's work connects powerful brands to their audiences by telling stories the customer can relate to and creating content that they will eagerly engage with. Nina's critical understanding of culture and the way it is created is invaluable in developing a vibrant brand personality that will reach users, buyers, and patron's alike.
Nina is also a cultural critic, blogger, fashion enthusiast, and music lover. Through words, she has always been able to build a bridge between herself and others, and somewhere along the way she found that in speaking her own truths she could speak on behalf of many. In her writing, she hopes to produce work that is cathartic, honest, resonant and timeless.
