Cancellation Policy
At Nina's, we understand that unexpected events may cause changes in your plans. In the event you are not able to keep your appointment, we require the following notice for our services in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

• 4 hours for Individual Treatments
• 24 hours for Spa Packages
